The brief: Design a 16 Page Culture Magazine / Brochure to compete with publications like Wallpaper, Face and ID.
The target audience is 20 – 40, male and female, aspirational, urban and sophisticated, and live in areas like ‘Byres Road’ Glasgow, frequent wine bars and independent coffee shops. The masthead also had to be chosen and designed from the following titles; Dub, Tone and Brio.
"It was important to me to take my own photos of Glasgow to include in the magazine that might not have been the obvious choice. As the city is often recognised for its industrial history I wanted to take a different approach that was softer and more appropriate for the brief."
